When does the Cream 25th Anniversary take place?
The 2017 Cream 25th Anniversary Weekender takes place from Friday 1 – Monday 4 December. Guests are welcome on resort from 1pm with chalets, seaside, gold and deluxe apartments ready to check in from 3pm and silver and standard accommodation ready from 4pm. Check out is on Monday morning at 10am.
Is accommodation included in my ticket price?
Yes. Cream 25 is held in a resort so your ticket includes a pass to the music festival and 3 nights accommodation. In accordance with the venue licence you cannot purchase tickets without accommodation or buy day tickets – all tickets will include a festival pass + accommodation for 3 nights. Each ticket also includes access to all the onsite entertainment facilities such as Splash Waterworld, the arcades and on resort bars, restaurants and pubs.
When will I receive my tickets?
Once you have bought your Cream 25 Weekender tickets, you will receive a confirmation email from Butlin’s. We do not issue physical tickets but Butlin’s will email you confirmation of your booking. Please ensure you keep this email safe.
What times are check in /check out?
The resort will be open from 1pm on Friday 1 December. Check in times vary by accommodation type. Butlin’s will send you details on where and when you can access your accommodation with your confirmation. Check out is at 10am sharp on Monday 4 December.

Can I park onsite?
Yes, there is free parking on the festival site. Wherever you are staying you will be directed to the car park closest to your accommodation upon arrival.
Is there an ATM / cash machine onsite?
Yes, there are 3 ATM machines onsite.
What bars and restaurants are on site?

Can I buy day tickets for the festival?
We’re sorry but there are no day tickets available for Cream 25 Weekender.
Can I buy a ticket without accommodation?

As we are using the entire Butlin’s site including all chalets for the festival weekend, room cost is included in your ticket price and we’re unable to sell tickets without accommodation.

What about disabled access / carers?

All resort facilities are fully accessible. For additional Needs bookings or enquiries call 0330 100 9334 (9am-5pm, Monday – Saturday)

How to pay
The easiest way to pay is online at You can make a payment online, and your card details are safe and secure – all you’ll need is the booking reference number and your payment card details. There’s no card fees, and you can pay the balance in handy instalments to suit you – you’ll just need to ensure that full payment is made 10 weeks before your arrival date. Deposits from £25pp. If you’ve already paid in full then don’t worry – there’s nothing else you need to do!
How to change a booking
If you’d like to add a dining package, more people, upgrade your accommodation, give Butlin’s a call on 0330 100 6662.
Cancelling your booking
Get in touch with the Butlin’s customer service team who’ll be happy to help. Unfortunately cancellation charges may apply. If you’ve taken out Butlin’s insurance then in most cases these charges will be covered.

Stage times
Visit a few days before the event to see stage times.
Wi-fi is available for free for the first 30 mins of each day. If you want to surf longer you can buy passes on resort through your mobile device. Passes cost £15 per device for the duration of your stay.
Details of all guests on your booking and photo ID


We need the names, ages and addresses of everyone who’s coming with you no later than 84 days before the event. We want to make this as pain free and easy for you as possible so you can either give them to Butlin’s by:

  • Logging in to your account online
  • Emailing your details (along with your booking reference) to
  • Calling one of the Butlin’s team on 0330 1006650

You also need to make sure everyone in your group brings some photo ID with them (passports or photo driving license are fine). Failure to provide identification if asked will lead to refusal of entry.


Will a security deposit be taken?

In order to protect the resort experience and accommodation from any damage, a pre-authorisation for  payment  will be requested upon your arrival at resort prior to check in for £100 per booking, this will be made via your debit or credit card. Your card will not be debited unless damages to your accommodation or that of Butlin’s property are caused. As the lead guest on your booking, you are responsible for your entire group.

Alcohol and Drugs policy

Butlin’s are committed to responsible drinking and will confiscate any excessive alcohol at the resort entrance or from your accommodation during your break and give it back to you at the end of the weekend. You may bring up to 12 440ml cans of lager, beer or cider or 6L of lager or cider in plastic bottles or a 3L box of wine per person or one (maximum 700ml) bottle of spirit per person. You may bring this with you on arrival to the weekend only, there is no re-entry with alcohol. Please be aware that for licensing reasons only drinks bought in resort venue bars may be consumed in the venues. Also, you cannot take drinks from one venue to another. Butlin’s  have a zero tolerance policy on drugs. Anyone found taking illegal drugs or any other illegal substance will be asked to leave the  resort and will not receive a refund for any part of their weekend.


Noise and antisocial behaviour

We ask guests to show consideration towards other guests and Butlin’s team members during their stay. Illegal, aggressive and offensive behaviour including excessive noise will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave resort.
